Terms of Service

Process

⋆ I reserve the right to refuse any commission.⋆ At least two WIPs will be sent throughout this process: one after the sketch and one after the lineart. If something more complex than a flat colored drawing is ordered, an additional WIP will be sent after the flat colors are placed.⋆ Revisions are only accepted during the sketch phase. Anything other than small edits or simple color corrections will cost extra once the sketch is complete.⋆ As a university student, I cannot guarantee quick delivery of the final product. It could take me anywhere from a few days to months depending on the complexity of the commission.⋆ If you feel you have been waiting a bit too long, please feel free to contact me. Extra WIPs can be shown if requested or a refund can be given.

Payment

⋆ At least 50% of the cost must be paid upfront. The remainder must be paid before you will receive the final artwork. If ordering just a sketch, the full price must be paid before I begin working.⋆ If the commission is cancelled before any work is done, a full refund will be given. Once I have started working on the commission, the amount refunded will subtract based on how much work I’ve done so far.⋆ No refunds will be given once the final piece has been delivered.

Intellectual Property Rights

⋆ You are not allowed to edit, alter, claim, copy, or redistribute my artwork.⋆ My artwork is to be used only for personal and non-commercial use. If you would like to use it for commercial purposes, please let me know upfront so we can discuss the matter.⋆ My artwork is never allowed to be used for blockchains, non-fungible tokens (NFTs) or Artificial Intelligence (AI) purposes.⋆ If you post my artwork online, please make sure proper credit is given (attaching a link to my website or socials would be much appreciated!)⋆ As the artist, I am allowed to post the finished product on social media or use it in my portfolio. If you don’t want me to, please tell me upfront so we can discuss it.

⋆ Offensive subjects (sexism, racism, homophobia, etc.)
⋆ Real people
⋆ NFTs
